We ourselves are events in history. Things do not merely happen to us, they happen through us.

Individual Therapy

I use a strengths-based framework to support individuals on their journey to a more meaningful life. My trauma-informed approach offers a client-centered space to create goals for therapy. Through mind-body exploration, individuals are empowered to detangle their complex emotions.

By learning to be curious and compassionate with our emotional selves, our nervous system has the opportunity to become less overwhelmed by shame and guilt, and instead more confident, grounded and resilient.

  • I use a strengths-based framework to support individuals aged 17 yrs + on their journey to a more meaningful life. Through self-relational building, folks are empowered to accept and detangle their complex emotions instead of running away from what feels scary, uncomfortable or even dangerous.

When folks are able to tolerate and accept these emotions, their systems may be less overwhelmed by shame and guilt, and instead, filled with curiosity & compassion for the body’s response to stressors, creating a more confident, holistic, and resilient relationship with the self.
